Report something that looks wrong

Report a possible data inaccuracy, broken official link, confusing safety statement, accessibility problem or technical failure. Island Shield will compare the report with the listed source and correct confirmed issues as quickly as practical.

Immediate danger: Do not use this form for emergencies. Call 9-1-1. For current shelter and community-resource information, call 2-1-1.

Before reporting

Refresh the dashboard and check the displayed update time. Provider information can change quickly, and registered shelter facilities are not necessarily open. Include an official source link when one is available.

Prepare an email report

This form prepares an email in your device's email application. The form is not uploaded to Island Shield and is not stored by the website.

Correction approach

Confirmed safety-related corrections receive priority. Island Shield may publish a brief correction note when an issue could have affected public understanding. Reports submitted in good faith are welcome, but a report does not guarantee that the requested change will be made.
